A: Our program serves independent adults ages 45+, seniors, veterans, and individuals seeking affordable shared housing. Residents must be able to manage their daily living needs without medical or personal assistance and must agree to all community guidelines.

Q: What is the cost to live here, and what are the payment methods accepted?
A: Monthly fee begins at $700., which includes housing, utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to shared common areas. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Cash App, and cash.
Q: Do you accept SSI or SSDI income?
A: Yes. Residents who receive SSI or SSDI are welcome.

Q: What is the living environment like?
A: Our homes are designed to be peaceful, clean, and community oriented. Bedrooms are shared, with a maximum of two residents per room, and all residents have access to kitchen, dining room, laundry, and outdoor space.

A: We provide life skills support, including, budgeting, meal planning, and job search assistance-all designed to help residents maintain independence.
Q: Is there staff-on site?
A: Because our residents live independently, daily staff supervision is not required. However, common areas and exterior spaces are monitored through 24/7 video surveillance for safety and accountability.

Q: Do you provide medical, nursing, or mental health services on-site?
A: No. We are a non-medical Independent Living Home, not an assisted living or treatment facility. Residents manage their own healthcare, but emergency numbers and response plans are always available.

A: Our homes are secured with 24/7 camera monitoring, safety locks on all entry points, and clearly posted emergency procedures. Residents are also expected to follow basic safety practices such as locking doors and windows.
